Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Tensed from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Tensed homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
We also help Tensed homeowners plan for material delivery timing so a Roof Replacement doesn't sit half-finished waiting on backordered shingles.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Tensed crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Tensed Roof Replacement project with us covers.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Tensed homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Tensed roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Final walkthrough happens before we consider your Roof Replacement project complete.
Full tear-off and reroof, three days start to finish, and the yard was spotless after.
